Summary:
Gather for movies and games with friends or family in these two newly built modern townhomes spanning two floors. Thoughtfully curated decor in a Country x Scandinavian white & bright color scheme, this home exudes comfort and urges guests to take it easy. Enjoy two full kitchens and living rooms, board games, cards, Netflix, sweets + snacks—Maple Manor comes with two fully stocked kitchens and updated home decor. Pet friendly. Also, free access to private parking spots right by the back patios.
The Space:
This home combines two side by side townhomes into one huge manor. Maple manor is modernly built, sparkling clean, and outstandingly close to all the central Murfreesboro city activities. A record fast commute by car and bike—or you can use your legs and still make it to town square in 15-minutes or less :) Easy peasy!
2nd floor:
Two separate private bedrooms with a King size bed and a Queen. Two full baths accessible only through each bedroom. One bedroom has a spare Queen size-air mattress and a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board.
1st floor:
Open concept floor plan leads from living room to full kitchen. A half bath is accessible via the living room. Private office with desk, chair, and a convertible couch bed is also located on the first floor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire Maple Manor!
The Neighborhood:
My home is located north of Murfreesboro town square. A city about 30-minutes Southeast of Nashville and about 90-minutes Northwest of Chattanooga. With a growing restaurant scene, shopping, fitness, and friendly locals, guests will feel right at home. MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University University) is a quick 6-minutes/2 miles away, as well.
Getting Around:
I would recommend driving or ridesharing around Murfreesboro. If you walk 0.75 miles South on N Maple street, you will arrive in town square which is the best walking spot in the city by far. Takes 3-minutes to drive there and parking is easy and free.
Other Things to Note:
- No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

I'm remotely available 24/7 via the Airbnb app during your stay!

Property Hosts were available and responded to questions promptly prior to arrival and during the stay. The property was clean and well stocked.

This was second time renting these condos and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that need someone’s attention: Unit C: there were dirty dishes and pots and pans in the dishwasher; upstairs bath toilet tissue holder not mounted to bracket on wall (found under sink); large clock in foyer doesn’t work (battery?), no blankets available in bedrooms; no soap for showers; no tissues in bath; no dishwasher detergent pods in either unit. Last year there no issues that I recall, but this year several inconveniences. Trust you will address accordingly.

Great place. Loved it was two separate places offered as one unit.
The microwave had a dish of chicken that had been there awhile and it was dirty . The porch needed sweeping. An outside rug would add to the appeal.I do thank you for your hospitality!
