About this house rental
Very beautiful 4-star villa (UNPI) of architect with modern decoration, with private pool, private parking, enclosed garden and the best comforts, in the village of Périgny (bordering La Rochelle first ring), without vis-à-vis. Located in a quiet area close to all shops, facing South, it will offer you 145m² of interior space + 15m² of furnished veranda, a closed parking, a private heated swimming pool 4x8m, on a total plot of 1250m².

Throughout the year, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. a minimum of 7 days.
The villa, fully furnished and equipped, facing south in a quiet area with bus 50m away and cycle paths, includes:
- A private heated swimming pool 4x8m, with electric shutter for child safety, surrounded by an exotic wood terrace.
- A terrace with tiled floors, garden table, chairs and electric outdoor awning for your successful outdoor meals.
- A beautiful garden with a total surface area of 1250m² (including swimming pool) with deckchairs for your moments of idleness and sunbathing.
- Inside, a large contemporary living room of 50m², with dining table, large comfortable sofa, modern coffee table, library, 4K TV 110cm, fireplace and veranda of 15m² furnished. Central point of the house, the living room gives access to the garden and swimming pool (bay window), the bedrooms and the kitchen.
- A modern equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, pots and crockery.
- 3 large bedrooms (16, 15 and 15m²) with 160 beds (90 bed and/or travel cot possible on request), plenty of storage space.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. A separate toilet.
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, heated towel rail.
- On the scullery side, a room including a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
- A private parking lot enclosed by electric gates that can accommodate 4 cars.
- There is also a gas barbecue, as well as a large gas plancha, for succulent grills (gas cylinders provided).
- Fiber WIFI Internet.
- All openings (except veranda) are equipped with electric shutters.
- Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival.

We stayed here for 10 days with our family aged 12 up to adults - we had a great time . The house was beautiful, big, clean and well equipped. It has everything you need for a very relaxed holiday .
We all loved the pool and garden. The pictures do not do this place justice. The Garden is large and private the house is light and has lots of space .
The host Claire was welcoming and answered all our questions both before and on arrival.
It’s in a great area to explore the local area. We visited beaches, markets , La Rochelle and Ile de Re .
