Neat house 165 m², very well exposed, with beautiful garden and secure pool, located less than 4 km from the sea and the island of Ré. Very well located too to access the center of La Rochelle in 10 minutes by car or bike 20 minutes, or direct bus.
Allows you to benefit from all the assets of the region: La Rochelle historic city with its town hall, its natural history museum, its aquarium, its ports, its beaches, which allow many water activities;
From the house, you can make pleasant bike rides on bike paths leading you to the seafront, downtown or to the Ile de Ré.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle maison. Tout le confort est là. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La maison est située idéalement pour des visites vers la Rochelle, l Ile de ré , Marans, l houmeau... Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout pour faciliter et rendre agréable le séjour.... Un grand merci pour votre accueil !!!

Bien très agréable aussi bien pour son emplacement que pour tout les services (mobilier d'enfant) proposés.
Propre et lumineux, piscine protégée et bien isolé des regards indiscrets.

We looked around for a while to find a holiday home for the summer. We stumbled upon this house whilst browsing and it seemed to have the mix of character, space and charm. When we arrived we were not disappointed. There is ample space for a family of 6, the house has been kitted out really well and there's plenty of space for everyone. The pool is a really nice touch and is a good size for inflatables and for kids to practice swimming.
The owner greeted us and showed us around ensuring we were happy and sorted. They provided plenty of local knowledge including maps and leaflets of the area and things to do.
During our stay the weather was perfect! Just another thing to attract you to La Rochelle
