The house is located at the Houmeau, first small village north of La Rochelle. 2. 5km from the Pont de Ré Island, 5km from the center of La Rochelle. The sea is 800m, with a little traffic: then you are on the beach of Houmeau opposite the island of Ré.
The assets of the house: A house of the 1970s completely renovated, five bedrooms, a 30m² veranda, living room of 40m ², a large garden with swings, hammocks hung under the cherry and walnut, sea 800m and all toys of our children waiting yours. And this in a very quiet area.
More prosaically, the village center is 500m (bakery, catering butcher, newsagent, post office, hairdresser and pharmacy) and two shopping centers are located within 3km.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine en famille..des oeufs frais tous les jours etaient très appréciable.

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis très sympathique. La maison est très agréable. La pièce principale est très grande et lumineuse et le jardin charmant. Idéale pour des enfants !
Cerise sur le gâteau, les œufs à la coque frais au petit déjeuner, que nous donnaient les poules chaque jours !
