Description of the accommodation
Ideally located in the village, close to the beaches: 800m from La Chaume and 2km from La Platère; you can enjoy water sports! 5 min walk from the market, shops and restaurants!
2 master suites on the first floor
2 children's bedrooms upstairs (bathroom + WC)
Spacious living room (70m2) and pleasant outdoor spaces: patio and garden, swimming pool (from May to September), summer kitchen (BBQ and Plancha) + WC/shower in pool room.

Family house of 200 m2
On the first floor:
An entrance leading to a large living room of 70m2 with open kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher), a dining area, a TV area, fireplace, a piano... view of the swimming pool!
Next to the kitchen you will find a pantry with washing machines and dryers.
A first master suite called "the studio" composed of a bedroom with a sofa bed (high-end mattress 160x200), a TV, a dresser, a wardrobe, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom and toilet, independent
A second master suite consisting of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a TV, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet. Pool view
On the first floor you will also have access to a patio to be quiet or play basketball!
At the back of the house, a walled garden not overlooked! A swimming pool awaits you for a moment of happiness, a covered summer kitchen with BBQ and plancha, deckchairs... in the pool room you will find the 4th shower of the house and the 4th toilets!
Upstairs, the children's area!
Composed of separate toilet and a bathroom with a double sink, a shower and a bathtub...
Room 1; say the girls' one (because it's pink)
A trundle bed 90x190 or 180x190 when open = 1 or 2 beds
Room 2; say the boys' room (because it's blue)
A double bed 160x200 that can be separated into 2 beds of 80x200 = 2 beds
The windows of the upstairs bedrooms are protected by guardrails preventing any risk of falling.

1 bed of 90x190cm or 1 bed of 180x190

We can provide bed linen for:
35 EUR: Set of 2 people double bed linen and towels
20 EUR: 1 person set of bed linen and towels
Dish towels and other household accessories are provided.
Toilet paper is provided at the beginning of the stay. A cleaning fee of 180 euros and a deposit of 2000 euros will be requested at the beginning of the stay. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
