Located in Imperia, the holiday apartment Ca dei Tati offers you a wonderful view of the Ligurian Sea. The property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 people, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, which features a hot tub, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Use of the hot tub requires reservation and is available year-round; in winter it is heated to 40°C. The jacuzzi can be used daily from 10:00 to 21:00. If the jacuzzi is not used according to the rules indicated in the house and at the entrance, an additional fee may be charged for cleaning and water replacement.
The apartment is just a few minutes by car and a ten-minute walk from the beaches and restaurants of Villa Grock. The artist village of Bussana Vecchia is about 40 minutes away. On-site parking is secured by an automatic gate and available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed, but it is forbidden to leave dogs alone on the property.
Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property offers homemade products and provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Please note that guests under 25 years old are not allowed.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ca dei Tati! Anna is a wonderful friendly host and was helpful guiding us around the city and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The yard has a spectacular lush garden complete with a hot tub. Be advised to have a translation app if you don’t speak Italian. :) we highly recommend this property. Molto Bene! 🇮🇹
