La casa è molto grande, la cucina anche, ed in generale è tutto ristrutturato molto bene. Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile, tempestiva ed ottima comunicazione! La posizione è buona, si raggiunge il mare in 5/10 minuti.
La pulizia in cucina lascia un po' a desiderare... quando siamo arrivati la lavastoviglie conteneva ancora delle stoviglie sporche. Inoltre abbiamo trovato piatti incrostati nella credenza. Mancano i coltelli (sia da cucina che da pasto) Forse a causa della grandezza della casa, faceva un po' freddo, soprattutto nelle camere (ma sono presenti comunque molte coperte nell'armadio), e non c'era possibilità di cambiare la temperatura.

Emplacement idéal grand appartement ac garage
Grand appartement très blanc très propre cuisine très bien équipée avec belle vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié les 2 toilettes les 2 salles de bain. Le fait d avoir un box de garage privé. La sortie par l'arrière de l'appartement pr accéder plus facilement au port et aux plages. La petite cour pr prendre son café dehors. Personnel très reactif pr solutionner un problème de clé et très très aimable.
Il y a bien 4 grand lits mais en réalité 1 chambre bien séparée avec petite salle d'eau à côté 1 autre grande chambre presque borgne mais avec toute une partie vitrée donnant sur la pièce principale mais obturee par des stores. L autre lit est un grand canapé lit en cuir blanc assez confortable mais étant dans le salon télé sans intimité et le dernier lit est toujours un grand canapé lit en cuir blanc mais donnant quasiment directement sur la cuisine. Il faut en tenir compte si vous êtes 4 couples ça ne sera pas si évident. Mais en famille c'est parfait. Petit bémol la douche de la salle de bain principale refoule un peu et même jusque dans la salle de bain ce qui explique un légère odeur d humidité dans la pièce à proximité. Les climatisations doivent être bridées nous n'avons pas pu faire baisser la température en dessous de 26 degrés.

Appartement très spacieux (2 salons, une cuisine ouverte) facile d’accès dans une résidence sécurisée. Pièces très lumineuses. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un garage en face de l’appartement pour un supplément de 10 euros par jour. Les hôtes très disponibles pendant le séjour.
La salle de bain très petite, il manquait peut être un torchon pour la vaisselle. Manque d’intimité sur la cour extérieure, dommage.

Propreté, calme, spacieux,bien chauffé. Emplacement idéal. On peut faire à pied la visite de la cathédrale et de la vieille ville port maurizio.
Couette ou couverture pas adaptée à la dimension des lits. Indispensable de louer le garage pour le véhicule car pas de place gratuite à proximité.
