Residenza Bianca, an elegant Art Nouveau villa with its own park, welcomes you in the beautiful surroundings of Capo Berta.
A private road, which starts at the Via Aurelia, leads you after the entrance to the main entrance directly to the entrance of the villa, near the private chapel where family celebrations still take place today.
The apartment (about 210 square meters) takes the entire 2. Floor of this beautiful, centenary villa. Spacious rooms with sea views and an elegant ambience, embedded in the quiet nature of the private park, ensure well-being comfort.
A curved white marble staircase ends at the covered entrance.
From here you enter a spacious hall and the adjoining corridor.
To the left is the master bedroom with double bed and large closet, a bright bay window with a beautiful view of the sea, a reading corner and a private bathroom.
On the right side there are two more bedrooms: a comfortable single bedroom with shower room and a double bedroom with a small bathroom next door.
A small salon invites you to read. From the hall you enter the inviting, bright living room with dining area and salon. A glass door leads to the sun terrace with sea views, which is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The ideal place to eat outside and relax!
In addition to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and plenty of space for cooking. In front of the kitchen there is an outdoor area in the green, which is equipped with table, umbrella and chairs.
The spacious apartment is furnished with elegant furniture and wardrobes - TV and wifi with fast fiber optic WiFi.
A beautiful park with a private chapel and Mediterranean plants, such as pines, palm trees, citrus trees and many others, surrounds the villa and leads almost to the sea promenade, where there are beaches, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, parking and a children's playground.
In 5 minutes you can reach on foot the pebbly beaches of Imperia Oneglia or in 10 minutes by car the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.
Sports and sights:
In about 40 minutes you can reach the Maritime Alps for hiking or spending time by the sea: whale watching, sailing and water sports. In less than an hour you can reach the Cote d'Azur and Montecarlo.
For golfers, the golf course of Garlenda is about 22 km from the villa.
The surrounding hills and valleys also offer gourmet and wine tours, outdoor sports, horse riding, excursions and visits to medieval villages.
In addition, the Naval Museum of Imperia is rich in finds and important documents: an opportunity to get to know the maritime history of this city. The romantic Villa Grock, in the middle of its park, is worth a visit.

Fantastic stay. Bianca is a great host, the property is excellent (great history, space, location), the town is great, there’s nothing more to say. It was delightful staying here and I’d like to do so again.

Das Anwesen ist fantastisch gelegen und versprüht einen mondänen Charme. Die hochwertige Einrichtung scheint vielfach original zu sein und trägt sehr dazu bei.
Allerdings ist genau dies auch der Schwachpunkt: Bäder und Küche bieten nicht einen dem Preis angemessenen, modernen Komfort. Die Duschköpfe waren komplett verkalkt. Der Backofen hatte keinen Temperaturregler.
Dafür dass in der Anzeige extra von der besonders guten Eignung der Wohnung zum Kochen geschwärmt wird, ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. So gibt zum Beispiel ausschließlich zwei Brotmesser und keine große Pfanne. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns allerdings zeitnah ein einzelnes Kochmesser zur Verfügung gestellt.
