You will find air conditioning throughout all rooms, private WiFi, TV, and a washing machine for your convenience. The property is situated on the ground floor of Villa Parodi, a private structure inhabited by the owners, and has been completely renovated and newly furnished with a private garden.
Step outside to enjoy your private garden with access to a shared grill, lawn area with solarium, and shared outdoor pool located 20 meters from the house. The pool is shared with camping guests who are quality visitors and respectful of the rules.
Parking is available both on the street and at the property. Pets are welcome during your stay. Events are not allowed, smoking is prohibited inside the house, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by adults. Quiet behavior is required to avoid disturbing others.
