Sons of the Beach offers great gathering space on the main level with unparalleled views of Lake Kai. Look out over the lake all year long in the wrap around windows. Sit back and relax.

Sip a cup of coffee while looking out over the beauty that surrounds Lake Kai. Enjoy the patio and deck spaces.

Parking for 4 cars in front of the house, nearby overflow parking for all additional cars.

-No Prom Parties without Prior Authorization (Additional Fees Apply)
-No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Our location was perfect for our grandchildren. They were able to play on the beach in front of our house while we either watched them from our screened in front porch or the outside patio even closer to the kids. When they were done playing in the sand they had the option of a 1 minute walk to the swimming pool.
