Celebrate the spirit of Americana and lakeside living at "Red, White, & View," a charming 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom vacation home nestled in the heart of Beachwalk Resort on beautiful Lake Kai, just a 5-minute walk from the famed sands of Sheridan Beach on Lake Michigan. This patriotic retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and fun for families and friends.
Relax and unwind in the living area, decorated with classic Americana touches. The smart TV allows you to stream your favorite services for movie night with the family. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, and the dining area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather. Enjoy the lake breeze on the enclosed porch, the private deck on Lake Kai directly off the porch, or the second-story deck overlooking the water – perfect spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
"Red, White, & View" comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests:
Bedrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms provide restful nights for adults.
1. Queen bed with en-suite jetted tub & shower.
2. Queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.
3. Double bed and twin bed connected to a bathroom with a walk-in shower (note this bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway).
Loft: A fun, lofted area designed with our youngest guests in mind boasts three cozy beds - one twin bed, one queen, and one double, creating their own special getaway within the home. Please be mindful that the door to the second story deck is off of this sleeping area.
This loft also offers a full bathroom, seating area, and smart TV.
This home welcomes up to two dogs at a maximum of 30 pounds each. An additional refundable security deposit of $250 is required for all pets. Dogs must be leashed within the resort.
Beyond the comfort of your vacation home, enjoy access to a wealth of seasonal Beachwalk Resort amenities, including:
A 4ft heated pool and toddler pool for refreshing dips.
Active fun with a basketball court, tennis court, bocce ball court, and shuffleboard.
Family-friendly spaces like the Sandcastle playground and putting green.
On-the-water adventures with paddle boarding, paddle boats, and kayaking.
Catch and release fishing off the Lake Kai pier

Please note: Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up from mid-May through September. This home offers parking for three cars. Additional cars may be parked in the nearby overflow lot.

We loved everything about Red, White, and View. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware and we made good use of it, eating on the deck and enjoying the view most days! Our kids loved riding the scooter up and down the boardwalk and skipping rocks was their favorite thing! A short walk to the beach at the "big lake" was easy and not too hard for the kids. We came in October, so most of the ammenities were not open, but we loved just strolling down the walk way. Our kids loved the playground too - very fun and an easy walk. Beds were comfortable and the whole place felt clean and accessible. There were lots of games and puzzles provided. We had one issue with the TV not working, but the maintenance person came quickly to fix it and was very helpful and polite.

This was our second annual family vacay to Beachwalk in MC, IN and it was a great one again! The pool, all the amenities & quick walk to Sheridan Beach make for an easy trip with all of our kids and grandkids. While this house offered enough beds for everyone, it was lacking in seating both in the kitchen and family room. We would not rent this house again for that reason but will definitely be back to Beachwalk!
