cosy apartment in the heart of Bordeeaux - 3ème étage - Place du Palais

Fantastic little studio apartment right next to the Old Town and Place du Palais Tram stop on the A line direct to the airport, makes getting in an out a breeze, especially for those who haven't been to Bordeaux before. Also close to a Carrefour City mini supermarket and some great cafes. Property management office is very close, and the agent was super helpful, can't thank them enough. Easy instructions to access. Apt is on the 3rd floor (with steps). No A/C but opening the bedroom and street side windows allows a great breeze to blow through. Apt was clean, wouldn't call it high end luxury but it was really nice with good appliances, the bed was one of those firm but comfy mattresses, slept very well, street noise was ok with window open, silent when closed. Bedroom window opens onto roofs and silent. Great little kitchen, everything you would need. Wifi was OK, cell signal inside OK. Wish I could have stayed longer, lucky to get this at the last minute and would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed Le petit apartment. The location was really nice. In the center but next to two great areas. The apartment itself was very clean and the bedroom faces interior so you get light and 100% privacy. It might be a little tight for two more than just a few nights but for 1 person I could easily have stayed longer.

Lovely small apartment in a perfect location near St. Pierre, ideal for walking and trams. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Only issue during our stay was non-draining bathtub. Stairs no problem for us but could be challenging for some visitors. Would recommend highly. Additional note: Closure of damaged tram line to the train station for extended period presents some difficulties as replacement bus service is inadequate.

Very nice property with an excellent location. A little difficult to fine the leasing office at 10:30 pm at night. That aside the staff and unit were well equipped to handle our needs. The only challenge for us who are both 76 years young-was the three flights of stairs and no lift. This was disclosed and we still liked the building, unit and location.
