Pleasant and spacious appartement of 34m2, completely renovated, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) In a beautiful stone building overlooking the Porte Cailhau and the river. A few meters from the Place du Palais, Docks and Place de la Bourse you will be perfectly located to visit the city on foot.Beware: The apartment is located in an area with access control, best would be to park in public parking (the nearest is at 200m)

Fantastic little studio apartment right next to the Old Town and Place du Palais Tram stop on the A line direct to the airport, makes getting in an out a breeze, especially for those who haven't been to Bordeaux before. Also close to a Carrefour City mini supermarket and some great cafes.
Property management office is very close, and the agent was super helpful, can't thank them enough. Easy instructions to access.
Apt is on the 3rd floor (with steps). No A/C but opening the bedroom and street side windows allows a great breeze to blow through.
Apt was clean, wouldn't call it high end luxury but it was really nice with good appliances, the bed was one of those firm but comfy mattresses, slept very well, street noise was ok with window open, silent when closed. Bedroom window opens onto roofs and silent.
Great little kitchen, everything you would need. Wifi was OK, cell signal inside OK.
Wish I could have stayed longer, lucky to get this at the last minute and would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed Le petit apartment. The location was really nice. In the center but next to two great areas.
The apartment itself was very clean and the bedroom faces interior so you get light and 100% privacy.
It might be a little tight for two more than just a few nights but for 1 person I could easily have stayed longer.
