Newly renovated one bedroom apartment located steps away from beautiful beach, park, tennis courts, gym, restaurants, Starbucks and shops. This unit has one queen bed, one queen size futon and one leather couch/that can accommodating up to 4 plus guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, new linens, and luxury mattress. A quiet and safe neighborhood. The perfect place for a romantic getaway or book the whole 3 apartments all together for family and friends gathering.

One block from the beach. Plenty of parking. Very nice, clean cottage. Looks just like in the photos.

In the description it states the home comes with (One Queen futon AND one leather couch) I have 2 children (boy 7 & girl 6) I booked this location because it offered 2 couches so each of them could have their own place to sleep. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known it comes with only one couch.
The property was somewhat clean, but the inside of the house was not cleaned when we arrived at 4pm check-in. The owner stated the cleaning lady had an emergency and had to leave early. The owner was nice enough to clean the home, we appreciated that, but we couldn’t check-in until after 5pm. We sat in our car with 2 small kids, after driving over 5 hours from Georgia to this location.
Also, the passcode to the key pad that I received in the email was incorrect. I had to contact the owner & she gave me a new passcode & stated she changed it when the cleaning lady left and forgot to send me the new code to me. This was another inconvenience. Glad were only there for 2 days. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but still no response.
Overall it’s a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Street Parking available in front of the house.
