Charming beach side bungalow #3

Great location!!! This place is literally steps from the sand. The owner was quick to respond and assisted us in everyway. The place is small but was so cozy and comfortable. Right in the middle on everything at Jax Beach. Convenient parking, shopping and food. This place was perfect for our week away.

Cozy and cute little bungalow, perfect for two people. Small, compact and very clean. Located in the middle of everything. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, shoppes and laundrymats. The beach is just a short walk up the street. It was a perfect place to stay to get away for awhile. We kept changing our check out day because we didnt want to leave. It was super easy to extend our stay with the host.

It was a wonderful stay. It was perfect for just my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. The only complaint is the parking.

The outside is not as well kept as the pictures. They must be old. I washed all the dishes prior to use and only used the pots. The frying pans had old burnt on food and I was on vacation and did not want to get out the brillo pads, besides I paid an 80 something dollar cleaning fee. The place could be really cute and is in a great location to beach, pier, restaurants and grocery stores all within a mile or two. Would stay again, but bring my own pots and pans. We went there to relax and we did accomplish that. Did not really get in touch with the landlord, but she gave great instructions for check in, but none for check out so we just did the things you normally need to do, empty trash and remove our belongings.
