About this villa rental
• Unique location with fantastic panoramic 180 degrees sea views, in the upmarket resort of Javea. Dominant view of the stunning Ambolo beach, with far reaching sea views towards Moraira and Calpe. Quiet area, all day sunny, south facing.
• 5 very comfortable, luxurious double bedrooms, all with sea views (3 with modern en-suite). Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Sleeps 10+2 (double sofa bed). Option for 2 rollaway beds. Option for cots.
• 10mx5m large swimming pool overlooking the sea, with WC in pool house and exterior shower. Selection of outside spaces by the pool to sunbath, including 2 covered areas with garden furniture to relax and enjoy the views. 2 BBQs.
• Large, impressive double height living room, with 3 large sofas, open fireplace, WiFi, flat screen TV. Separate lounge area. Both with sea views. Air con (cold & hot).
• Interior and exterior dining rooms, with panoramic sea views. Covered terraces off the living spaces, all with outstanding sea views.
• Kitchen (with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine). From kitchen, access to exterior terrace with sea views and barbecue.
• Villa on 3 levels, with a terraced garden with Mediterranean pine and palm trees. Stairs down to the house from the street level and to the pool terrace. Not suitable for wheelchair. Not disturbed by the lighthouse from Cap de la Nau.
• Laundry room with washing machine.
• Cold/hot aircon included in prices. The house can be heated as needed by air conditioning (please note that the radiators are not in used).
• Note: Ambolo beach has been closed for safety reasons.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is stunning and the view, breathtaking. The house was set up well for a number of families as each room has its own bathroom and there are plenty of communal areas and space. We had great fun in and around the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book to stay here again. Isabel has been a fantastic host.
If you are thinking of booking, there are some things to be aware of -
- There are a lot of stairs from the kitchen area to the pool, if you struggle with stairs or have small children this may be tricky. We ended up getting a cool bag and taking drinks and food to the pool side.
- The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need.
- A car is essential in this area.
- Make sure you read the welcome pack on arrival, it’s got some key info in it about your hot water and it’s also really informative.
I saw in a previous review that they said the property needed updating. There are some updates required but it’s nowhere near as bad as the review stated. The house is authentic, which we loved.
Over all, a thoroughly wonderful place and wonderful hosts.

Isabel's and Sylvain's villa was probably the best decision we could have made for accommodation in Javea. It has everything you can imagine: Incredible views over the Mediterranean sea on both floors (and one bedroom), a very large pool (too bad it can't be lit at night, but I'm certainly one of the very few night swimmers ;), huge terraces, a fireplace and even two barbecue areas. The property is huge: there are 5 bedrooms on two levels and even a small, second living room! The price is an absolute bargain, especially if you occupy this space with a large family or friends. Over the years, a few things are of course no longer in mint condition (a former guest had complained on Vrbo about this), but from my own experience I can say: not every guest takes good care of things and therefore it is impossible to keep such a large property in owner condition. However, the service in case of problems was excellent and as I said, Isabel and Sylvain rent at a more than fair price! We would be happy to stay at the villa again.

We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's.
We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful landscape and plants. Enterring the house was overwhelming because it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view is breathtaking from every room!
This house is like a resort and we felt like celebrities to have such a wonderful space all to ourselves. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time here together.
We found great grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive. We went to Valencia twice for a paella cooking class and silk scarf painting class. We went to surrounding beaches amd exploed some of the rocky coasts.
During our stay, Isabel was in contact with us frequently and the check in and check out was very simple. There were suggestions for restaurants and lots of information about the area.
I highly recommend this home and I cant wait to return!!

Excellent stay. Gorgeous views.
The villa was well appointed and maintained. Very comfortable villa with various areas to relax and gather. Isabel was a great host and very attentive.
We would definitely return if we have the opportunity.
