About this villa rental
If you are a large group looking for an ideal holiday spot look no further. These two villas together offer everything you need for that memorable holiday.
The first villa is a large finca style property with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, several terraces, sitting and lounge areas etc. The second villa is brand new and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, open living area, kitchen with bar and terraces.
The properties share the large private pool, 3 bbqs (2 gas, 1 carbon), billard, pingpong table, soccer table, wifi, aircon, uktv etc. There is private parking for 4 cars. On a peaceful location with on 15 minute walk from Javea old town (shops, restaurants, bars etc). Together the property can hold up till 15 persons easily (3!)bedrooms are double size. So ideal for large group and families with plenty of space.
We have been renting for over 20 years and plenty of 5 star reviews. If you are an early bird (looking for next year family holiday) or looking for a last-minute offer.. do not hesitate to ask us for an offer.

The villa was perfect for us. 8 adults.The pool is bigger than we thought it would be. In fact all the outside spaces were bigger than they look in the pictures so lots of options to socialise together or in smaller groups. 4 big bedrooms.Inside of the villa was spotless when we arrived - outside we wiped downa few things but nothing we wouldn't expect. The general feel is 'lived in' so not all brand new perfect stuff but that suited us as nice to relax without being scared to touch things. Everything we needed was provided.The location is very quiet - not overlooked at all so nice and private. It took perhaps 20mins to slow walk to the old town. Taxi to Arenal beach was under 15 euros. Parking for 3 cars we had was ample.Walter was very easy to communicate with. There was an issue with the pool pump a few days into our holiday and he had someone out to sort it in an hour. All in all if you are looking for a private villa with a relaxed feel and plenty of space to chill I would recommend. We will bookagain if back in Javea.

We choose this lovely villa because of it's size and location. Our party consisted of 4 couples and it was plenty big enough to find some peace a quiet away from everyone to read a book. The location is perfect, 10 mins drive from Javea 15 from denia and 20 from moraira. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walter is an excellent host and very communicative. I highly recommend a stay at this superb villa.

Bedrooms & bathrooms very clean, but in sitting rooms there was a smell of pets. The varying levels around pool area could be difficult for small children and adults with mobility issues. The pool was excellent.
