We had a lovely time in this quiet, roomy Villa high in the hills on the outskirts of Javea. Clean, comfortable and well supplied with effective A/C and generally good Wi-Fi, essential for the youngsters. Amazing views both to the sea and across the valley and a short drive from the old town, the port area and Arenal beach. Relaxing pool area with an outdoor shower with a view! One suggestion is that it could do with a bit more shade for larger parties on the pool terrace and we ended up buying a beach umbrella to stop the kids squabbling! Parking on a private driveway required some manoeuvring if reverse parking but nothing beyond the skill of a normal Driver. On the whole, we loved it and would certainly consider visiting again.

Spacious villa

Spacious villa

Great location with view over valley and Javea in the distance. Very quiet and private. However be prepared for narrow, steep and some difficult small lanes driving up to the villa. It is worth it. Good pool with plenty of loungers but some needing a good clean. Also needs additional sun umbrellas. Outside dining/bbq area small and not easily usable for 11+ people. Terraced gardens developing nicely. Be aware if using both parts of the villa that internal connecting stairway is a very narrow and steep spiral staircase. Not really suitable for small children or adults with mobility problems. Outside path around the villa is easily accessible. Overall a spacious and comfortable villa in a good location.

Fantástico entorno, perfecto en las noches de verano, vistas preciosas tanto de noche como de día. Casa muy cómoda y espaciosa. Electrodomésticos muy buenos y nuevos. Inconveniente con niños muchas escaleras pero a su favor la piscina está alejada de la entrada y es seguro con niños. Única pega, la piscina, necesita una renovación y el agua no estaba suficientemente limpia. En general la recomiendo a otros viajeros.

Une superbe villas

Nous sommes parti pendant une semaine entre amis (13 personnes) et nous avons passé un très beau séjour la villas est super, très spacieuse, avec plusieurs terrasse et plusieurs point de vue (mer et montagne). La maison est également très confortable (literie, transats à la piscine, salon). L'environnement est très agréable et la climatisation très appréciable. Le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous accueil sont très réactifs pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Le seul bemole est que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres, le technicien n'a pas pu se libérer pour venir la réparer. Dans l'ensemble c'est une villas que nous recommandons tous fortement !
