The villa's expansive terrace features a 10m x 5m private pool, set against the stunning backdrop of the majestic Montgo mountain. It's a sunworshipper’s paradise, basking in sunlight for up to 10 hours a day, an ideal spot to luxuriate in those golden rays. When it's time to dine, you won't need to venture far from your sunbed, thanks to the villa's ample, covered BBQ area complete with a dining table. Utilize the traditional charcoal BBQ to savour local delicacies while conveniently preparing the rest of your lazy lunch in the fully equipped downstairs kitchenette, designed for delightful alfresco dining.
Should you desire a change of scenery, the upstairs covered terrace serves as the perfect 'Chill out Area,' whether for reading your favourite book or engaging in a relaxed conversation over cocktails while the kids frolic in the pool. We’ve just come back from an amazing week at Villa Roja. From booking to arrival and sadly leaving the team at Javier holidays were absolutely fantastic. Big thank you to Jean and Christine for allowing us to check in early as we were a party of eight adults and four children between five years and six months. The villa was beautiful, spotless very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The barbecue area was fantastic and we barbecued most nights. Balcony has an amazing view. As we had 2 one year-olds, we had to be on our toes in relation to steps up to and down from the balcony and the pool, but that’s to be expected. The location was also lovely and quiet and a 10 minute walk to Old Javier. Lovely restaurants and bars. We walked to the beach at Arenal which is a 40 to 45 minute walk. We didn’t hire a car but cabs are reasonably priced at €10 per trip where the beach on water is beautiful and the restaurants are plenty Thank you again 🥰

The location was perfect, great pool and outdoor areas, well equipped with everything you might need

We had a fabulous family holiday and the villa did not disappoint. It was excellent and served our needs superbly. It was a shirt 5-10 minute walk into the old town which was lovely. It was a slightly longer walk to the beach, 25 minutes, although the beach area was again lovely with lots to do and some great restaurants and activities. All in all a wonderful holiday and accommodation. Very much recommended.

It had everything, a real home from home. Great pool area, great living area and space for us not to be on top of each other
Nothing at all. Although if I really had to nit pick, another couple of hair driers wouldnt go amiss , and larger bath towels x
