About this villa rental
Located in the center of the north part of Santa Teresa just 3 minutes walk from on the best surf spots in Costa rica.
Our newly constructed Villa is situaded in a quiet area perfect to chill and relax during the vacation but also walk distance to the supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop and a few steps from Brunelas surf spot.
Villa Tropical is spacious, light and fully equipped.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each, big living room and fully equipped kitchen, outside living area with pool and a tropical garden.
All the rooms have AC and fans.
There will be a cleaning lady every day taking care of the house. *There is a construction going on at the property next door, can be loud sometimes during the day.

My family and I (2 kids - 7 & 6 years old) recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property hosted by Lucy, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her recommendations for local activities and restaurants were spot-on, making our trip both enjoyable and hassle-free.
The house itself was spacious, beautiful, and centrally located, which made exploring the town incredibly convenient. We truly felt at home and had an amazing time. Lucy was always available to offer advice and make our stay more comfortable. If you’re looking for an amazing host and a fantastic place to stay, this is it!

This was the perfect place for a girlfriend's trip. The home is well laid out, and is a beautiful little oasis. The outdoor area and pool are very nice. We would rent here again!
