Casa Aliki is nestled in the gated community of mar-A-mar, with security 24/7, pool and parking. Right in front of the nicest beach and best surf spot known as La Lora, and many reataurants & cafes.
This spacious home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, a modern open-space kitchen and living area, a large terrace perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco, a mezzanine equipped with a handcrafted wooden gym, ideal for Yoga or/and Pilates classes, and a private pool with breathtaking views.
A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. We can also organize private chefs, Yoga and Pilates sessions, surf lessons, massages, and much more!

As "Casa Aliki" is located midway up the mar-A-mar hill, for these reason the breathtaking views, we recommend renting a vehicle such as an ATV, Rhino, or 4x4 car. During the dry season, a regular car is also an option, though a 4x4 is ideal for fully exploring the natural beauty and attractions Santa Teresa has to offer!
"Casa Aliki" is a fully equipped home that has everything you need for a perfect getaway. The open-plan kitchen is designed for convenience, seamlessly connecting to the living area and outdoor terrace, where you can relax or dine while enjoying spectacular views and sunsets!
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and offers incredible views. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fourth is perfect for families or groups with two bunk beds, each with a queen-size bed below and a single bed above.
The mezzanine, with breathtaking views and natural cross-ventilation, is a standout feature, designed for Yoga or Pilates sessions, complete with a handcrafted wooden gym and massage table. The private pool is the cherry on top!
We encourage you to rent a 4x4 car or ATV to discover town and the beauty of the Peninsula.
- Internet: We have fiber optic with 2 different providers so when one service goes down, we have the other as back up!
- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.

We really loved Casa Aliki, Luxury Beach Home with THE VIEW: the house is genuinely beautiful, the view is outstanding, and it’s well equipped for a comfortable stay.
That said, there’s one key point that should be made much more explicit in the listing: the access road / uphill climb is very steep and can be challenging. In our view, it’s not an ideal place to stay with small kids (and it may also be uncomfortable for guests with limited mobility).
Also, the scheduled cleaning did not happen (we were told it was due to force majeure), although they did offer alternative days.
Overall a very good experience, but being transparent about the access would help guests arrive with the right expectations.

This property was so amazingly beautiful!! The hostesses (Anabel, Valentine, and Sofia) were so reliable and made everything so easy and convenient! They answered all of our questions so quickly and helped us with all of our transportation and activities. They are the sweetest women and they really made our vacation too notch. I can’t thank them enough!
