This 4-bedroom home is a great luxury villa for adventurers, surfers, yogis, nature lovers, friends, families, and more. Located in the desirable residential north end of Santa Teresa, this home has beautiful sunset ocean views through the jungle, a saltwater pool, and high-speed fiber optic internet. The home is less than a 5-minute drive to the beach, and it is truly an oasis in an amazing location!
The home consists of 2 separate living spaces connected by a covered walkway. The main living area has an open-concept kitchen/living room with high ceilings. There is a half bath for guest use and a laundry room and storage area. On the second floor above this living area is the master bedroom with its bathroom and ocean views from the bed. You leave this main living area and walk under a covered walkway to the other 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. The location was great! Jude the property manager was very responsive. The layout is hard to describe and explain even with pictures. Rooms were large and had charm. Kids and adults loved the open concept living area and also the pool. Wildlife everywhere, you really are in the middle of the jungle ;)
