The villa is located in the center of the north part of Santa Teresa just 5 minutes walk from on of the best surf spots, Brunelas.
Please note that there is ongoing construction on the neighboring property. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, there may be occasional noise during daytime hours.
Situated in a perfect quiet area, walk distance to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops and just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa and one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica.
The villa is spacious, light and fully equipped. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, cosy outside area with a pool and a tropical garden.
All the rooms are AC and fans.
There will be a cleaning lady every day taking care of the house.

Stayed her with my wife and two daughters and a friend for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was absolutely perfect for us! Met all of our expectations. We chose this house for its location and the three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and it was the exact right choice! Right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Kids could get dine freedom to explore on their own. They’re all teenagers, and were able to walk to the beach and restaurants on their own. We rented a golf cart and an ATV in addition to the car, and wound up using those two to get around the most when we wanted to explore. I highly recommend this house. Very clean. Perfect size. Amazing location. Pura vida!!!

Tropical Villa was such a great house for our family trip. The property is in the heart of town, which made it easy for us to walk to the beach, restaurants and markets. We loved being able to come back to house and make a quick meal since the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Lucy our host was beyond helpful from the time we booked the property to the day we left. She helped us book the best horseback riding adventure, made sure we were updated on the ferry schedule since we drove in from San Jose. She even sent us help when our car needed a jump on the day we were leaving. We would gladly come back and stay at this property and can not recommend it enough to other looking for a great home in Santa Teresa.

Property was great. Excellent location. Waking distance to beach and restaurants. Cleanliness could have been better around the deck of the pool (couch), clean under bed. Kitchen sink drain needs to be fixed. Only downside was the construction next door, cement truck, workers, etc. which generated noise. This was disappointing given the price - We were hoping to avoid this!
