Watch unforgettable sunsets every evening right from the beach in front of the house. Enjoy complete privacy and security with no other guests. This is completely gated and private home.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, or active travelers, the villa includes a beautiful In-Law suite and sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, AC, ceiling fans, private bathrooms, and state-of-the-art open-sky showers. The In-Law suite comes fully equipped with a kitchenette for extra convenience.
Surf enthusiasts will love being steps from La Lora Surf Point, one of Costa Rica’s international competition spots. The villa is fully gated, with a large paved driveway for multiple cars or ATVs, and is completely flat—no hills! Just grab your boards and walk straight to the beach.
Inside, enjoy an open, airy living area with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with bar, TV, gas stove, espresso machine, juicer, filtered water, and outdoor BBQ. Relax in two cozy double hammocks or take a refreshing dip in the large deep pool surrounded by lush jungle gardens and two outdoor showers. Surf and swimming lessons for the family are available on request.
Full concierge services are provided by Rocio and Andreas, including private chefs, daily cleaning, tours, inland flights, rentals, and childcare. For wellness, enjoy in-house yoga and massages, or head to the famous Zeinedas yoga deck just in front for meditation and healing circles.
Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, grocery stores, surf shops, bars, yoga, and even a jungle gym just 4 minutes away. We wanted a location close to the beach, restaurants and shops and this place did not disappoint. Perfect for us with three girls in their early twenties. We loved Anis and Chez Coco for breakfast, Muchacha and Somos, Katana and Manzu for dinner…. All within walking distance. The beach is just a block away also. The concierge was great with bookings for us and recommendations.We rented an UTV to get around to Montezuma, Curu and Malala’s for excursions. There plenty of parking for two of those.The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the home is not making it hot during the day. There plenty of fans to help but without being higher up you just don’t get the breeze from the beach. The salt pool is older and the skimmer wasn’t working so we had to clean it frequently, but the pool area is really pretty with all the flowers around it. We had an ongoing issue with the fridge / freezer which the concierge was really good at getting maintenance out, unfortunately it really didn’t resolve before we left. Definitely great location and very cool home. Would consider again if we make it back to Santa Teresa.RegardsLiean

Chantal’s property is the best! This is our 2nd vacation here and we had another amazing stay. It’s across the street from beach access which is the best location possible without staying actually on the beach. The bedrooms are very comfortable and styled very well. Loved the doors that open from the bedrooms to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals during our stay. The large kitchen table made our dinners timeless. We also used it for playing games at night. Rocio, the concierge, was very accommodating and accessible during our stay. She can help you book any of the excursions you wish to enjoy during your stay. The outdoor pool is so fun and refreshing after being in the hot sun on the beach. Property is very safe and secure. Mario is the caretaker and lives in apartment behind the house and is very discreet, but helpful if needed. You will absolutely love your vacation if you stay in this house. I highly recommend it.

Santa Teresa is such a beautiful place! We absolutely loved this Villa right in the heart of this beautiful area. It is well equipped with everything you could possible imagine. The concierge and owner have amazing recommendations and helped us enjoy everything this beautiful area had to offer from gorgeous beaches, great food and chef services, laundry service, fishing and anything else you could possible imagine. We will be back!

Location of house is on busy road. Had construction noise everyday from 7am to 5pm. Property manager was very accommodating and gave us a discount but it didn't offset our disappointment with our stay overall. If I ever returned to Santa Teresa I would double my budget and rent an ocean front home away from the road.
