Located in the town of St Brévin les Pins on the first floor with lift access, in a secure residence, this 47m² apartment with balcony and parking space features a double bedroom (recent 2024 bedding in 160) and a sofa bed, thus accommodating up to four people.
The open-plan kitchen is fitted and equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor, citrus press and all kitchen essentials. The lounge has a television, Wi-Fi connection and provides access to the balcony. A bathroom and toilet complete the rental. You have an outdoor private parking space.
The flat is located in the town of St Brévin close to shops, craftspeople, local market every Thursday and Sunday morning and at:

I spent a month in this lovely, secured apartment. I enjoyed the fact that it could walk to the beach and close to downtown where I walked to the open-air market twice a week to browse around and purchase fresh food. I would definitely stay in this apartment again,
