A Balcony Over the Ocean is a pleasant, comfortable, and spacious apartment, fully renovated in early 2024. Located in a very quiet, upscale residence facing the sea, it enjoys a prime location with direct views of the ocean and the promenade.
An ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, between the ocean, walks, and relaxation, in a privileged setting overlooking the Atlantic. On the raised ground floor (with elevator): a fully equipped kitchen partially open to a large living/dining room extending onto a terrace with sea views and a promenade, two bedrooms (1: one 160x200 cm bed with ensuite shower room, 2: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to make a 180x200 cm bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a small laundry room with a washer-dryer.

Included equipment: complete baby equipment.

Not included: gas heating (€1.12/m³), bed linen (€15/bed), towels (€8/person), and tourist tax. Non-smoking cottage. Private parking and bicycle storage on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
