Discover the Jade Coast and its unspoilt landscapes by staying in this charming recently renovated house of 40 m², ideally located just 100 metres from the sea.
Nestled in Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, this rental benefits from a privileged location to explore the coast on foot or by bike, as well as the whole of Pays de Retz.
Nicknamed "**The Blue House**", this rental can accommodate up to **4 people**. It has **two double bedrooms** (beds 140x190 and 140x200), one of which is upstairs. You will find: an open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge with a "stand-up eating" area. The fitted kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven and all the appliances you need to feel at home; fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, **coffee maker (Tassimo)**, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The lounge equipped with Wi-Fi provides access to the **enclosed garden** and terrace. **A shower room** and separate WC complete the rental.
For your comfort, the following are also available; a hairdryer, a fan, a washing machine, outdoor furniture (table, chairs, parasol, two sun loungers) and a **charcoal barbecue**.
**A private outdoor parking space** is included.
