About this house rental
Nice T2 of 45 m2 by the sea (7 min walk) and in the center of St Brévin Les Pins. All amenities nearby within 5min (bakery, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, market ...)
There are 5 beds: 3 in the bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.
The accommodation has recently been refurbished. The living room is large, modern and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ...). There is a nice shower room with heated towel rail and vanity unit with column having lots of storage. The toilets are separate.

Cette location est idéale pour un séjour de vacances en famille.
Elle est parfaitement rénovée avec goût et avec soin. Elle est parfaitement propre et tout à fait fonctionnelle.
