Two bedroom/two bathroom renovated, beachfront condo located in South Seas Club with amazing views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and the living room balconies. Each bedroom has a king size bed.
Located in a gated community, this rental offers private & gated beach access, a fitness center, a heated swimming pool, grills, tennis & pickle ball courts, along with many other amenities. Shared laundry facilities are located on each floor, parking is free and there is WIFI in the unit.
Perfectly located a short distance from all of Marco Island's best restaurants and shops. Just a short walk to Doreen's for breakfast and lunch, as well as Joey's and Sami's for dinner. Less than a ten minute drive from The Marco Island Esplanade, Olde Marco shops & restaurants, and many other restaurants such as Marco Prime, The Oyster Society and DaVinci's.

Registration fee due upon arrival at the South Seas Tower 3 managers office ($100 - includes a parking pass for one vehicle during your stay).
*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods/toiletries for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day. ***
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON ~ Each year from May 1 through October 31 it is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to TURN OFF balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights, as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

Excellent location. Property manager was accessible and quick to respond. The condo was spacious and the furniture comfortable.

Unit was in a beautiful and very clean complex. The host was very communicative and prompt with responses. The units’ kitchen was well stocked for the home cook . Beach essentials were also provided. No need to bring towels or chairs or floaties etc. the big downside here is that it says the building has bbq’s. The bbq’s are charcoal and the ONE bbq for 350units is behind building 4. This is building 3. Major disappointment for us because we stopped at the grocery store and bought two beautiful steaks to grill and were extremely disappointed when we could not bbq.

Location was perfect! A short walk to the beach that usually only has a few families. Not crowded. Perfect for kids. The room was perfect. Kitchen stocked up!

Overall, the condo was great, well supplied. Very quiet except some apparent remodeling here and there in the complex but not continuous. The second bedroom needs some blackout curtains. The showers were great. Nice updated kitchen and lovely decorating throughout. Great Ocean view tho somewhat far to water. We did enjoy much about this condo especially the R and R and easy owner/support contact via email.
