Important Note
Per Condo Association rules: This is a Saturday check-in after 3:00 PM through Saturday check-out by 10:00 AM, with a 7-day weekly rental requirement. Multi weeks available with a discount- send request thru inbox. The condo association requires a $100 parking fee per stay, paid directly to them in Building 3, condo association office, on the 2nd day of check-in. This fee is not part of the VRBO charges you have paid.

4.9 Stars.Host is responsive and easy to communicate with. Their local representative provided almost excellent service, except that documents package was sent out to me only 2 days before departure, a little bit late to my preference.The apartment is recently remodeled and is in a very good condition. Except may be the mattress in the master bedroom, which is not cheap, doesn't look old and has a good firmness to my liking, but already has an indent on the right side. Not completely intolerable but will need to be replaced in the near future.The kitchen is well equipped to cook breakfast or other basic meal.There are beach chairs and other beach accessories in the closet. Do not waste your time with 2 separate umbrella sand anchors found there as the sand is way too hard for them. Ise the umbrella I left there with the proper anchor already mounted on the rod. It's a brand new one and is pretty sturdy and easy to use.Overall, I do highly recommend this vacation rental.

We absolutely loved our experience at South Seas and the accommodations were very nice. Our favorite part was the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be returning!!!

The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there. The walk to the beach was a little long for us but worth the walk. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be booking here again.
