Seventeenth floor two bedroom condo with panoramic views of both Crescent and Tigertail beaches on Marco Island. Large L shaped balcony. Direct beach access and a heated pool. Gated community with secure parking. Quiet with a full kitchen, cable TV and WIFI access. Linens provided. No stairs required to come and go. Close to restaurants, activities, and beautiful walks including a neighboring bird estuary.

We really enjoyed our stay on Marco Island for the month of November 2023. The condo was great. It was on the 17th floor. There is a large parking garage right next to the complex. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The sunsets were amazing. The large balcony wrapped around to the bedroom areas. All the appliances worked well. The kitchen area is compact with nice finishes and appliances. There was a large smart TV in the living area. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was good and adequate for our use. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. The king bed was comfortable. The master bath is attached and has a small separate area for the shower and toilet. There was a good sized (not walk in) closet in the master bedroom and a large dresser. There is a second full bathroom accessed off the hallway. The second bedroom had a murphy bed and desk area. It also had access to the balcony. The washer and dryer were not in the condo but located down the hallway in a separate laundry area. The complex has a pool, gym, and pickleball/tennis courts. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this property again if we return to the area.
