This freshly renovated, spacious 2nd Floor, 1100 square foot unit is bathed in loads of natural light, has 9 foot ceilings, and a split-bedroom floor plan. Vibrant + Fun 2-Bedroom unit accommodates four adults comfortably and offers sleeping for up to three additional guests. Two new King beds with new mattresses, sofa-sleeper pullout bed and extra twin mattress offer lots of options. Brand new LG 65" OLED TV's in Living Room & Guest Room, + 32" Samsung 4K Smart TV in Master. Two full bathrooms. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and the guest bath has a walk-in tiled shower.
Think of perfect comfort + relaxation: all new furnishings & bedding, brand new Smart TV's, air conditioning & heating, ceiling fans throughout, free high speed high performance Wi-Fi, cable TV, new linens & towels. It even has beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cart.

Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

This is such a happy vacation home! The designer had such an eye for color! It was like walking in to tropical oasis! The beds and bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. We never slept better on vacation! One caution the bed mattress was on a metal frame had to expose the frame when making the bed so I would not walk or stub toe on it. It was fine and got used to it.
The balcony was spacious and delightful as you were in the shade in the afternoon when it was much needed. This was a five-star condo I would recommend this condo to anyone the kitchen was light and airy and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The couch was very comfortable and the televisions were exceptional. One improvement in the living room would be shades on the windows. They had great shades in all the bedrooms that were automatic. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.
