Escape to your perfect Marco Island retreat! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is ideal for a relaxing getaway. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island and the closest beach is less than a mile away! Plus, take advantage of the on-property pool and clubhouse, perfect for unwinding or socializing. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a peaceful escape, this apartment has all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable.
The space
This corner unit has plenty of natural light and is meticulously cared for. Each room, including the living room, has its own ceiling fan, AC unit and smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. The unit features a king bed, a full bed, and a full-sized sofa bed, all with extra linens provided. The bathroom is stocked with basic essentials. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, dishes, wine glasses, a coffee bar, and more. The spacious rooms also boast ample closet space, making it easy to settle in. This unit is the perfect place to relax and unwind!
Guest access
All guests will have access to a storage unit, pool and clubhouse. Guests will have access to beach essentials such as a wagon, chairs, towels, small cooler, umbrellas and tent. Guest will have assigned parking spot as well as ample guest parking around the community.

All guests must be approved by the association before arriving. It is a quick and easy process which I will assist with.

Stayed here with my sisters and was a very convent great stay. Check in and checkout was very easy with a key in the lockbox and the host was very easy to reach and responded very quickly. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

The place was so cute and looked exactly like pictured. The area it is in, is great. Walking distance to several restaurants. Clean and nicely decorated and great pool. Loved this place, don’t hesitate to book. Easy check in and out and very good communication thanks to our hosts
