Great stay overall! The condo was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. Owner was very responsive. The location was convenient though a bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible! Overall everything made for an easy, relaxing trip.
Only downside was the master bedroom mattress—it was very firm and uncomfortable for us. Just something to be aware of if you prefer at least slightly softer bed.

Great condo, great pool, great owner!
Be aware there is a significant distance (several hundred yards) of walking through sand to reach the beach shore. For most people and for most of my life this would be no hinderance, but if you're waiting to get a hip replaced it's a march.

The fact that you couldn’t get to other spots because everything was on private property. Example, we wanted to go have lunch near the beach in a cabana set up but were told members only. Not like on Sanibel Island or Ft Meyers beach.

Long walk to the beach but it was beautiful. Pool was great. Pickleball courts were within walking distance.
Unit was very old and cheap. Some light switches didn't work, AC didn't work well, water had a terrible smell. Towels in guest bathroom need to be upgraded (too small and old) and more than one towel for the week.
