When you’re ready to retire after your fun-filled day in the sun, the master suite with private bath offers a spacious King size bed. The guest suite is furnished with two twin beds, and the guest bath is conveniently located across the hall. For additional accommodation, the sofa opens to a queen size bed.

South Seas Club Amenities for you to enjoy: Guard Gated Entrance – Beach Access – Large Heated Pool – Fitness Room. Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, and Shuffleboard Courts along with Boat Docks are available through the private South Seas Club. Tigeretail Public Beach and Birdwatching Tower are a short walk away. County Park offers small recreational water rentals, a concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground and restrooms.
South Seas NW Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee upon arrival which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile.
***PLEASE NOTE*** The South Seas Towers 3 & 4 have structural building work being done until October 2025. We do not know the extent of any noise.

Everything was great, just as advertised. Very easy check-in, etc. Wonderful time for a family on the beach. Mosquitoes in summer :(

This was our first time in Marco and we loved how clean and well maintained everything is. I would recommend it for a relaxing vacation.
We found lots of very nice shells on our morning walks.

Lots of problem with the Facility. 45 minute delay to get onto the property as they checked in cars. Arrive at unit @ 4pm and it had not been cleaned. Pool was closed for a day. Facility turned off the water for 2 hours.
The unit, once cleaned was nice as advertised. The beach buggy, chairs and umbrella were lacking for the price paid.
Not sure I would stay @ South Seas Towers again.
