Imagine, waking up each morning to beach and gulf views as far as you can see from your expansive private balcony and then enjoying amazing sunsets views in the evening. This 11th floor two bedroom/two bath condo overlooking the pool has picturesque Gulf views from both bedrooms and the living room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a sleep sofa in the living room.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Property was fantastic. Gated community with a nice pool. Pretty long walk to the beach so would recommend bringing a wagon if possible. There was no iron in the room so would also recommend bringing a travel iron if you have one. Would definately stay again!!!
