Little Orchard Cottage is a delightful, picture perfect, luxury home from home for four guests. This “chocolate box”, circa 1710, Grade II listed property was once the home of novelist Graham Greene and is newly redecorated, refitted and refurnished to the very highest standards.

No expense has been spared on the professional, designer lead, makeover of the house and every care has been taken to extensively equip the accommodation for comfort and ease during your stay.

Communication with Maggie in advance was excellent. The cottage is warm and cozy with everything you might need. The interior and exterior of this beautiful historic cottage are very well maintained. It is located among similar properties, a few minutes walk from the town of Chipping Campden, with plenty of interesting historic buildings, places to eat, drink, and shop. Step in the other direction and you are on a section of the Cotswold Way. Good location for visiting other Cotswold attractions. The designated parking spot beside the house was very useful. We would love to get back.

My son and I just spent the most wonderful week at 'Little Orchard' Chipping Campden. The cottage was magical, straight out of a fairy tale. Our host, Maggie, could not have made us feel more welcome with breakfast provisions and a delicious sponge cake waiting for us on our arrival. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous decor of the cottage, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We were only a few minutes walk from the high street where we found great pubs, charming shops and loads of history. We will remember our stay at 'Little Orchard Cottage' wiith fondness for a long time to come. Thank you Maggie.Cheers,N and C

A fabulous cottage in easy walking distance to Chipping Campden center and very well equipped inside.Maggie and her team were extremely helpful - we had a minor appliance issue and they went out of their way to fix it in record time - really great service.For 6ft folks, be aware of typical low beams in such an old cottage, but it does not detract and actually adds to the ambiance.Also the cottage has been renovated so very efficient hot water and heating systemsSpecial thanks to Maggie for looking after us so well

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful home for a week as we explored the Cotswolds. After all our travels, we agreed that Chipping Campden is the perfect home base, and Little Orchard Cottage is the perfect place in the perfect village. While on a quiet lane, you are literally a two minute walk to the town center. The house itself is a wonderful mix of old world charm with modern updates. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The dining room is beautiful and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the view of the garden in the early morning. The bedrooms and baths are excellent and spacious. But our favorite space was the back terrace and garden. It was so lovely that we ate almost all our evening meals there. If you are lucky enough to be able to book this home while in the Cotswolds, don't hesitate. And as everyone else here has said, the owner Maggie is marvelous (leaving all the basics in the refrigerator that you might need and many lovely extras as well) and makes your booking and stay effortless. I really hope I am fortunate enough to return some day!

I was looking for a relaxing getaway to celebrate my partners 60th. I choose Little Orchard based on the description and reviews, the property in RL far surpasses anything that can be written or photographed.The entire process from initial booking, dealing with Maggie and arrival was seamless. As others have mentioned Maggie includes some lovely welcome touches and the property itself is superbly equipped and spotlessly clean.If your looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful cottage in a wonderful part of the uk, all within a few minutes walk of a lovely town then you need look no further….. this property will not disappoint.

When we opened the door we knew we were somewhere special. The tasteful approach to refurbishing this 1710 cottage was remarkable. We have stayed in many VRBO’s around the world and The Orchard House is without a doubt our favorite. After 13 hrs. of travel we were delighted when we walked into the kitchen and found eggs, milk and OJ in the fridge as well as a strawberry sponge cake, and other local treats. Thank you Maggie it was all appreciated and consumed. We stayed here for 1 month and it wasn’t long enough. Located on a quiet lane and a short walk to town, we strolled many nights to the local restaurants and pubs. If you are planning a trip to the Cotswolds this home is a dream.

We had a beautiful stay at Little Orchard Cottage. Our host, Maggie, was so kind and had prepared welcome treats. She answered questions right away. The cottage had several window seats, which we used for cozy reading time. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we had walking trails right near the cottage that were perfect for evening walks. The backyard made a beautiful backdrop for family meals and soaking up the Cotswold sun. The cottage comes with a laundry nook, including a washer & dryer. It also includes 2 blow dryers and plug in fans for the warmer summer nights. The tv had Netflix which the kids enjoyed, perfect for watching Paddington. The walk to restaurants and the grocery store in Chipping Campden was just a couple of minutes. Our family had a lovely time and immensely enjoyed our 1st Cotswalds stay here at Little Orchard Cottage.

Responsive host; perfect location with respect to village center and services; best village if you prefer smaller, less hustle, but still plenty of good services; cottage condition is fantastic; off street parking is a huge luxury; easy to keep the house warm when needed; everything in the house worked. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! We have stayed in dozens and dozens of rental houses in the US and Western Europe, and strive to find offers such as this one. 5 stars! thanks!

So lucky to have found this incredible cottage for our weekend stay. Everything was impeccable and so comfortable. Maggie thought of everything to make our stay super special. So many treats including hot cross buns, Victoria sponge cake, and a refrigerator stocked with many breakfast items. Very quiet location yet just a few minutes walk to Chipping Campden high Street. Amazing! The most beautifully curated Cotswold cottage me and the girls have ever stayed in we loved it. Gorgeous home and really easy to navigate with coasters placed with instructions on how to use all the equipment. So you didn't need to search through a book to find out how to work the fire etc.

Little Orchard is charming, comfortable and enchanting. Its located on a quiet residential street but only a short walk to everything Chipping Campden has to offer, which is considerable. We particularly enjoyed the easy walk to the town's restaurants, and to pick up take-away from Tokes, Fillet & Bone or Da Luigi. The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had (which were few), and the welcoming package of goodies was the best we've had in all our travels. The Cotswolds possess abundant natural beauty and this is the best place to enjoy it.

The photos of this home look great. The actuality is even better. We were so happy and comfortable there for a week in June. My bed was so cozy, the layout of the home is wonderful, it is clean and beautifully decorated. I think if I have to give any word of warning is that because it is older restored home, ceilings are low. My husband, who is 6’1”. Had to duck in places. The home probably would not work for someone 6’5” or over. If you are not that tall, you could not do better. This home is great😊

We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Orchard Cottage. Maggie had lovely breakfast provisions for us along with a homemade Victorian sponge cake and the kitchen had all the spices and extras you might need to cook. It was short walk to the main street with all the pubs and shops. Beautiful decor! Two fireplaces were most welcome, one in dining room and one in living room during our March stay. We highly recommend and I would love the opportunity to stay there again but for a longer visit.
