Butchers Flat is a stunning Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps four guests (no children aged 17 or under permitted), in two exquisite bedrooms, both with their own beautiful ensuites. With considered taste, this luxurious flat has been sympathetically restored, incorporating modern elements and rustic country decor whilst complementing the property's original character. The open plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room has a fantastic view over the historical High Street and a feature stone fireplace. The sitting room is the epitome of comfort, with cosy seating, opulent soft furnishings and incredible exposed Cotswold stone. A true embodiment of Cotswold style, Butchers Flat is also dog friendly, suitable for one small dog.

The driveway is gravel and can provide off-street parking for up to one car. There is no garden or outside sitting space, but the driveway can be used to exercise a small dog

The weekend of the Cotswold Olympiks and Scuttlebrook Wake (held on the first Saturday after Whitsun each year) is a traditional event in Chipping Campden, with loud music being played on the town square late into the night and attracting large crowds. Whilst many visitors enjoy the colour and vibrancy associated with the event, other visitors prefer to avoid Chipping Campden at this time
Please note the location of the property is on the high street, and that although there is double glazing, please expect the usual noises you would associate with a town

We planned a family break which was everything we imagined. Maybe a few more decorations and larger tree but that is personal preference. Location ideal for exploring and town small enough to access walks/fields without hassle for a quick dog walk. Fridge rather small for a packed foodie 3 days and that did not include eating out at the excellent Eight Bells. Atmosphere everywhere was festive and the weather certainly helped. Back to the flat. We felt at home straight away. We were warm and comfortable. Showers excellent. All eventualities catered for (even the first aid kit which I haven’t seen in any other accommodation). Things to improve: the television isn’t great with access to TV apps difficult and kept jumping out. Single chair uncomfortable. We were a 3 so there would be problems with seating for 4 adults. We had no issues with narrow steep stairs but some might so this could be highlighted better. I would highly recommend staying at Butchers Flat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation, everything was perfect made my birthday even more special. It was definitely home from home, we have the same taste in decor. The extras were an added bonus, thank you so much. We will be returning, wished we had stayed longer.

Butchers Flat was the most beautiful home to stay for our Costwolds trip. We had everything we could have possibly needed . The owners have thought about everything and it was like a home from home. The decor is gorgeous, classy, rustic but with a modern twist! The location is perfect in the beautiful Chipping Campden and the deli downstairs is great! Tasty bacon and fresh bread amongst many of their offerings. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we will be back!

This was a stunning place and location to stay which was in between all the locations we wanted to visit. It was clean, cosy, and very spacious. Good value for money especially if you’re going with another couple. Would definitely visit again.
