- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with shower tub combo, hair dryer
- Bathroom 3: Full bathroom with shower tub combo, hair dryer

Parking:
- Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles (no trailer or boat parking)
Water Access:
- Green Bay waterfront with rock/rip rap lined shoreline
- Dock offers a ladder and a bench and is approximately 30-40 feet in length
- Swimmable: depth is 1-2 feet at entry
- Water shoes recommended due to slippery rocks
Home Truths:
- Watercraft docking at dock is not allowed
- Dock is installed seasonally (installed approx Memorial Day weekend and taken out mid-October)
- No garage access
This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
Other Things to Note:
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Great location just a few minutes from the Egg Harbor shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed, including a lot of games and activities that kept our kids entertained. Loved sitting out by the lake and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets.
