Point Beach features 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 4 king beds, and 4 twin beds (two sets of bunks), comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Six bathrooms ensure ample space and convenience for larger groups, with modern fixtures and spa-like touches throughout.
The open-concept living and dining areas boast soaring ceilings, large windows, and clean Scandinavian lines, creating a warm, light-filled space ideal for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and generous counter space—perfect for preparing group meals or late-night snacks.

Thank you for your the use of this beautiful home. The size and space was very accomodating for my family of 20.
I know this was a new rental and things are still being figured out. Just a couple items that would be helpful for another large group. Waste baskets in the bathrooms, soap at the bathroom sinks, and dish soap for the kitchen. More hand towels for the kitchen for drying hands and dishes.
