The Point features 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 4 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds (two sets of bunk beds), comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Six spacious bathrooms with modern fixtures and spa-inspired finishes ensure everyone has plenty of room to unwind.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and clean Scandinavian design, creating a bright and inviting space for gathering. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances, generous prep space, and everything needed to prepare meals for your entire group.
Step outside to enjoy one of the property's newest highlights-a private pickleball court, complete with paddles and balls provided, making it easy for guests of all skill levels to join in the fun. Thank you for your the use of this beautiful home. The size and space was very accomodating for my family of 20.
I know this was a new rental and things are still being figured out. Just a couple items that would be helpful for another large group. Waste baskets in the bathrooms, soap at the bathroom sinks, and dish soap for the kitchen. More hand towels for the kitchen for drying hands and dishes.
