The Stonehouse Loft is a brand new building, built from the ground up in 2015. Designed by your host, with plans drawn by Jess Wilton, a great local Durango architect, it was built by people (your host again!) and for people who love modern design. The Loft features radiant heated concrete floors throughout, and a modern, bright, but cozy vibe. Located a half block off of Main Avenue in downtown Durango, you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, galleries and bars in minutes from this centrally located apartment. A king size bed, lovely shower and bathroom, and well equipped kitchen provide you with the comforts and conveniences of home. Close to mountain biking, hiking, the river and the Durango Silverton Narrow gauge railway. This property puts you close to everything Durango has to offer. Host communicated well. Even left us wine to enjoy. The shower was very good, only issue was hard to not have it leak out onto the floor. Great location, close to everything.

We spent a long 4 day weekend in Durango. This condo was awesome, great location, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was a tad firm our liking, but not terrible. Very clean and has everything you need. No TV was unexpected, but I actually enjoyed not having a TV. We spent time outside enjoying the weather and coffee on the patio.We will be back!
