A king size bed, clawfoot tub and shower, and well equipped kitchen provide you with the comforts and conveniences of home. Close to mountain biking, hiking, the river and the Durango Silverton Narrow gauge railway. This property puts you close to everything Durango has to offer. This was a great choice for us to stay downtown and enjoy all the festivities associated with July 4th. The courtyard is a really nice Oasis to come back to after a day out. We grilled one meal, had a nice dinner on the deck and enjoyed the night outside. The studio had everything we needed to make our stay truly enjoyable and stress free. You can feel confident when booking this unit. Oh, and not a big deal at all. There is another unit across the way and we met some lovely people staying there for part of our stay.

Property was well appointed with lots of extra personal amenities. The courtyard was private and inviting. The host was exceptional, the location was outstanding with easy access to downtown and dedicated parking spot! Would absolutely visit again.
