Aspen Grove is conveniently located within walking distance of Northstar
California’s village which features restaurants, shopping, ski rental, and ice
skating. A complimentary shuttle is also available.
Take a quick gondola ride up Northstar, nestle yourself into the mountainside
and get ready to make yourself right at home. All Aspen Grove Condos feature a
fully-loaded kitchen, cozy fireplace for winding down at the end of the day, a
private balcony with BBQ, complimentary shuttle for getting around the resort,
and access to The NPOA recreation center with multiple pools (including a lap
pool), hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, a full gym, game room, and
more.

Nice to have been on the first floor and short walk with 1 flight of stairs to parking lot. Easy walk to village through day parking lot. Kitchen was spartan with the bare necessities compared to others, but adequate for a short stay.

Perfect for skiing Northstar, just a very short walk from the village and lifts. Full kitchen acceptably equipped for short stays. During Covid, spa/hot tubs were by reservation per hour only and very booked so did not have a chance to use. Keep in mind the unit is not accessible, with stairs required for access from every direction including the parking lot. This unit is on the first floor.

Nice studio unit, good for a few nights, has some updates, could us a few more, bigger tv, kitchen updated, couldn't figure out how to use coffee maker (just get a K cup please), good location to pickleball tournament and village with restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The unit does have stairs and no elevator but only up one level so not bad. Could use a king size bed in unit but ok queen was comfortable. I would stay again if they updated the coffee pot.
