This is my family of five's third year staying at this condo. The reason we keep coming back is because it's comfortable, convenient, and well appointed. Unlike many rentals, this place has nice cookware and dishes, the beds are comfortable, and it is well maintained. Property manager responds quickly. No issues last year, minor issue with a toilet rod this year, which I'm sure was quickly fixed for the next renters. Being the first shuttle stop makes it extremely close and convenient. Will hopefully be back again next year!comfortable, and

This place seems to be newly renovated (within a few years) with comfortable beds, couch and fireplace. It has a little bit of a weird layout with the bedrooms being downstairs and the living room kitchen upstairs, but for a ski lodge style place it is very nice and comfortable and our group enjoyed our ski weekend stay here. I'd recommend to anyone going to Northstar as you are a very short bus ride away from the village.

Ok, so this is the second time we rented this condo. It is very, very nice. Beautiful new cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. New floors in bathrooms and kitchen. Love the wood floors upstairs in kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Very quiet and close to parking lot which was nice.They have wood for nice evening fires in the fireplace and it is very comfortable. We normally eat at my mother in laws condo a few doors up, but I did notice they have everything you need to eat in. So nice to have a Smart TV to watch our favorite shows and movies.Wonderful place to stay!

My family had a great stay. The property was well-appointed, there was great communication with the owner, and all was as advertised. The property was an easy walk to Northstar, even with our 7 and 3 year old in heavy snow. Despite staying during a blizzard, we were comfie and cozy and had a great time!

We booked a long girls weekend to ski Northstar. It is a bit of a hike or a shuttle ride to the nearest lift/gondola, but we figured it out and were able to ski all the way back at the end of the day. Second year staying here! Great rental due to it being close to Northstar (first shuttle stop), clean, and well maintained. Kids loved the bunk bed and lounging on the comfy couch while watching TV. We really enjoyed walking into the condo as it was redone and completely remodeled. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful! Love the cabinets, counters and new flooring. So nice to have a washer and dryer and a 3rd bathroom upstairs. Walking distant to the village and pools. Highly recommend. Just don’t rent it when I want to!😂

This was a great spot for “ski week” - park and stay. Shuttle service to the village- just download the app. The condo was immaculate: well- stocked, nice appliances, comfy beds. Ski home access was a bonus!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Place was very clean and in great shape (minus one issue with the shower curtain rod, but it wasn't a big deal and the property manager was very responsive). It's well stocked, comfy, and was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a ski weekend in February and had an all around great experience. The condo is updated, well maintained and very clean. Is has all the details that make a place feel like a home: Tissue boxes, good lighting in the right places with light switches placed intuitively, even nightlights in the bathrooms, nice shampoo and body wash, and much more. The kitchen is well stocked and organized, not cluttered like so many other rentals. Coffee pods for the Keurig were provided. The location is unbeatable for us, just a very short shuttle ride from the village. We took the shuttle up one evening and walked back to the condo, which was no problem. I did not interact with the property manager because the instructions provided were excellent and timely and we did not have any questions. I wanted to rent the place again right away for our next ski weekend, but unfortunately (and not surprising) it is booked for months out.

Property was as nice as listed if not better. Clear instructions on check-in, well stocked with nice quality items (dishes, pots/pans, towels, linens), clean and fresh upon arrival. Bedrooms are small but the place was cozy and perfect for our ski stay with our son and 2 friends. Very convenient to Northstar Village, Rec center and shuttle service.

We had a great stay! We have stayed at several properties along Aspen Grove and always appreciate the easy access to Northstar. 3124 has all the amenities, comfy beds and plenty of storage space. Our only challenge was that the temperatures in the bedrooms were variable. The master bedroom where we stayed with much colder than the 2nd bedroom where our kids were, which got very warm if the doors were closed. The many extra blankets in our room helped were helpful and we eventually got this sorted and all slept well! Unit was very clean with all the necessary supplies. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We've stayed in a lot of Tahoe rentals before but none like this—dreamy beds, modern decor, easy access to the slopes. This place has it all! We stayed here over a long weekend in March for some Spring skiing and we're sure glad we did. It was only a short shuttle ride (or quick car ride) to the lifts at Northstar Village. Back at the condo, we loved relaxing in the spacious living area and cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. The host was super-responsive to our requests and even agreed to a late check-out. We'll be coming here again.
