Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom NorthStar-at-Tahoe, Aspen Grove condo. NorthStar Recreation Center guest passes are available with a daily guest fee - see details below.

The Recreation Center has a fully equipped workout studio, heated pools, an adults-only lap pool, sauna and hot tub, plus three additional hot tubs. In the summer months families also enjoy a children's wading pool, tennis courts, jungle gym and a family picnic area with BBQ's near the main pool. (Guest passes included with condo rental for up to 8 guest per day. PLEASE NOTE: the Rec Center imposes a $10 per person daily use fee for guests which must be paid in cash upon entry. In-and-Out privileges are honored for the entire day.

Condo is located within the NorthStar-at-Tahoe Resort in the Aspen Grove area a short walking distance or shuttle ride to the Swim & Racket Center and NorthStar Village winter ice skating rink/summer roller skating rink, ski slopes, swim & racket club.

The condo is only a 10 minute walk to NorthStar Village, Rec Center and Gondola (walkable weather permitting - an on demand shuttle bus is available during ski and summer seasons).

Condo is remodeled and very nicely appointed. Ideal for two couples or a small family. Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal in the beautifully remodeled kitchen or dine at one of the many fabulous local restaurants in the Village, Truckee or on the Lake.

Master bedroom has a king size bed in the master and a double bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Master has a whirlpool bathtub & dual shower head, a gas fireplace and a private deck. The Second bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Queen air bed and/or sofa can serve as additional guest accommodations in the great room upstairs. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets are provided.

Big-screen cable TV in great room includes adjoining gourmet kitchen with granite counters, Bertazzoni gas stove and all new appliances - plus a half-bath powder room on same level. New cork wood floor upstairs.

Location was perfect for our group as we were running a race at Northstar resort and were able to walk to the starting line. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen and we loved being able to sit on the porch for some fresh air. We had one minor issue with the dishwasher not being emptied, but Teri was so quick to make it right and was super easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a relaxing family getaway during the Memorial holiday. The condo is located in a beautiful area that has trails with running streams. We actually packed a picnic one day, walked about 5 minutes and just sat out by the water amongst the squirrels and birds. The condo was so peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed to cook meals and a large kitchen and living space to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Both Truckee and Kings Beach were so close to do shopping, dining and recreation. We'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was terrific and made every aspect of our visit easy and welcoming. The condo is a short walk to the slopes, though there is also a frequent shuttle as well. The apartment had every thing we needed, comfortable beds, an up-to-date kitchen, and cozy common area.

Easy (though uphill) walk to the village and the slopes via a snow covered path.Two confusing parts: There is an upper an lower parking lot accessed by two different streets. Use the upper one. There is no central air or heat but rather thermostatically controlled fireplaces and electric heaters. It took a bit of tinkering to get the temperature set right because the last people had turned some of it off.

Super convenient to the slopes. House was clean and well stocked. Teri let us have a late check out which allowed us to easily ski then pack up and dead home on our last day. Nice TV and balcony view. Would stay here again. The condo was a little hard to find at first because it's between two parking lots and signage was not great but we figured it out eventually.

We loved this stay! Clean, well decorated, more than comfortable for our family, and close proximity to the gondola and lifts. Very well equipped with all the normal comforts of a highly rated rental plus items you don’t normally pack, ie olive oil, spices, games, puzzles, sleds, etc. I can’t even count how many times we’ve stayed at places and come to find there is no oil, salt and pepper for cooking! Will absolutely book again!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to the Northstar village. Only complaint is that the walkway from parking to the condo and up to the village was pure ice and we fell several times. It was incredibly dangerous. The entry way to the condo door was also pure ice. It’s not right that the path is not clear for pedestrians. It’s a long walk from parking to condo and when lugging all of your stuff it’s very dangerous to walk on a path that is not cleared.

Long story, but we didn’t actually end up staying. The property manager is very responsive and communicates well. She will make sure all your questions are answered. I will just say that both her and VRBO are very professional and make customer service a top priority. I have been to Northstar many times and the condo is in a great location.

A nice condo just a short walk to Northstar Resort with dining, skiing and shops. Free local buses will take you into Truckee or to the grocery store if needed. The place was well equipped for cooking and the heating worked fine even with the cold nights we had while visiting. We rented skiis in the village for the day, and it was convenient to be able to walk everywhere our entire stay.

Convenient two-bedroom condo less than 10-minute walk to Northstar resort. We visited during the summer and enjoyed fly-fishing, golf (a bit of a grasshopper issue), dinner and shopping at the resort, kayaking out of Tahoe Vista, shopping and lunch at King's Beach and a trip into Reno. This property provided a great launching pad for our daily activities. The kitchen was well-stocked and remodeled. We did visit during a heat wave, so it was pretty hot. The property did have an AC unit upstairs and fans downstairs which is more than most properties that I looked at. Recommend frozen yogurt and pizza (Rubicon's) at the resort, the Ace hardware in Truckee (really check it out!), Scheel's in Reno and fly-fishing in the Truckee river even in the heat of summer. Have fun!

Teri's place is great - perfect location for Northstar (can even ski back to the condo from the mountain if there is enough snow), upgraded features, well-stocked. The upstairs has an open floor plan so you have lots of space. Gas fireplaces keep the place heated well. Nice upgrades in the kitchen. We have probably stayed at around 5-6 different Northstar condos, and this one was the best! Highly recommend.

This property is super close to Northstar village and gondola. That means in the busy morning when shuttle is running slow due to high demand, you can simply walk the trail to village. Teri is nice and very responsive and we will come back later this season and many more in the future.

Awesome home with landscape views from both downstairs and upstairs balconies. Great room layout upstairs with stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, and spices). Large TV and a cozy couch for viewing movies with a gas-lite fireplace that kept the entire room warm. TVs in both bedrooms for late-night entertainment. Finally, easy access to Northstar Village which is within walking distance from the home or you can jump on a shuttle which will take you directly to the ski/snowboard lifts.I would highly recommend staying at this home and can’t wait to come back again. Awesome communication with host. Super responsive and very helpful from beginning to end.

The house was nice but it could have been cleaner. The master bathtub was pretty gross. The master carpet was not very clean either. It would have been nice to know I was paying a cleaning fee but still had to wash all the bedding before leaving which was the last thing I wanted to do before catching an early flight.

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 story condo within a short walk to the Northstar village. Well stocked and has high-end appliances. Pros: - Responsive owner - Passes to the Northstar recreation center - Short walk to village - Well stocked and high-end appliances. - Other nice touches like beach bags, beach towels, games, books and puzzles - Great Wi-Fi - TVs in bedrooms Cons: - Finicky dimming light switches - Complicated AV. Never could get the tv sound to play from stereo speaker system - only TV speakers. Not a big deal but the audio quality from the TV alone was subpar. Would definitely stay here again!

We really didn't use much of the condo. We didn't prep and food, didn't turn a TV on, didn't use the Rec Center. We were busy with our family wedding, hiking, etc. But the condo worked out fine. We were surprised to see that notice not mentioned previously that we were to wash and dry linens and towels. That seems wrong for a VRBO host.

Our little family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Teri's condo, it was a short walk up the trail to the village and rec center. Enjoyed the open space living room and well stocked kitchen (spices, coffee, appliances, condiments). Nature views and sounds of the creek right out the balcony. We were even more pleasantly surprised that despite the July 4 holiday, the Northstar village area and condos were very quiet and didn't 'feel' like the crazy holiday period. 10-15 min drive down to the lake at Tahoe Vista as well. We loved being able to walk out the door for nature walks or get on our bikes and hit the TMT trail around the meadow and downhill biking at the village. Communication with Teri was great and appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to use, thanks for a great stay!

Teri's property is very thoughtfully stocked and well cared for. Her kitchen invites gourmet cooking, and the deck is a perfect place to enjoy a meal for a group of 3-4. Two ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor; living area and a powder room are up on the second floor. There is a large couch which is very ample for someone to sleep on. We found that easier and more comfortable than an inflatable bed ... but there's a queen inflatable bed that fits behind the couch, if needed.

The condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equiped, if you prefer to eat in. The two balconies are nestled into the lush forest making for a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. The resort has several nice restaurants and shops on property. Lake Tahoe and Truckee are both within a ten minute drive. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay here again, if the area.

Beautiful condo, the online photos don't do it justice. High-end finishes, large ensuite bedrooms as you walk in, upstairs is a large open concept living room/kitchen with balcony and desk area. High ceilings make it feel even bigger but it is plenty big for more than our 4 people. Easy walk to gondola so we could come back in for lunch every day. Clean. Well stocked. Felt like we were at home. Fancy oven was a bit tricky but we figured it out. We love Northstar & my husband & I used to come every year prior to kids. This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in at Northstar. Easy drive to Truckee for great food.
