About this apartment rental
Enjoy all that Northstar has to offer in this large, comfortable townhouse, which is a half mile from the Village. It is just steps to the free resort shuttle, or take the trail at the back of the property and walk there in about 10 minutes. Perfect for families, the comfortable, three-level home sleeps up to 8. Includes guest access to the NPOA recreation center, which features 3 pools, hot tubs, fitness center, gameroom, and kids' activities.
• THIRD FLOOR: Master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling with one king-size bed and a private sink with mirror. In addition there is one separate full bathroom with tub and shower.
• SECOND FLOOR: Two-story vaulted ceiling in the living room. This floor has the dining room, kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, and private deck with BBQ. The living room has one full-size (double) sofa bed.
• FIRST FLOOR: Two bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom #1 has one queen-size bed, walk in closet, and private deck. (And roll away bed in closet.) Bedroom #2 has two sets of bunk beds and a large closet.
• There is plenty of storage throughout the unit as well as a locked ski locker outside for our guest's use.
• No smoking and no pets

I really enjoyed the quietness in the area. Being surrounded by trees was the best. The home was very comfortable. It had enough space for all of us. Not too far from Sand Harbor .

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Check in/check out process is simple and very clearly listed out in the welcome email from Robert as well as in the manual. Condo has all necessary essentials. We enjoyed the TV viewing & streaming platforms available as it was a very HOT weekend and we needed some relief from the heat between activities. The reason for our stay was to participate in the Tahoe Trail MTB 100 race and the location of the condo is absolutely perfect for this (or any event at the village). Great Communication - I contacted Robert on our first night and received a respond that same night. If you're looking for a clean, convenient and comfortable condo for your trip to Tahoe, I highly recommend staying here.
We will absolutely be back again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there, and we love the place! It has always been very clean and accommodating, providing all of the amenities we need! The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The location is great, walking distance to the village. We will definitely be coming back for another quality, family weekend!
