The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

Great location for a beach house! Enjoyed our stay, but due to the holiday, communications were somewhat slow. The VRBO house description should include more the property offers....especially in terms of the spare beach chairs and pool/beach toys...we enjoyed those, but could have saved space in travel by not also bringing out own.

The location was perfect. We visit OIB every year but always stay on the canal. This was our first year OF and we loved it. so easy to walk down to the beach. And we loved having access to the beach and a pool. It was great for the grandkids. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the house. but this is the end of rental season and I know things get abused throughout the summer. there were a few things that could be added to the kitchen...griddle for pancakes, kids utensils, and also the pots/pans had really been abused. Regardless, we would stay here again. The layout of the house was great and the decor was very relaxing and beautiful. The contacts we worked with were awesome.
