Magnificent address in the heart of the Marais for this 60m2 apartment which will not fail to seduce you.
On the 3rd floor without elevator duplex apartment:

a large living space with windows overlooking the interior courtyard.
a kitchen open to the living space, equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.

To note:
- the receptions are carried out without additional cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a supplement of €35. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is a supplement of €50.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is a supplement of €35.

The apartment is very nice, charming, with all amenities. The neighborhood is great, there is street parking in front if needed. Be aware, it is at the top floor, no elevators. Check -in was very flawed as we met by an agent with the keys. Our arrival time, announced well in advance was 8 pm and arrived at 8.01 pm but despite that was charged 40 for being 'late'. Its a shame that such a nice property is managed by this type of rude agents.
