Welcome to my Home!
The apartment is wonderfully decorated and has 2 on-suite bedrooms. It is equipped with toys, a changing table, and a travel cot, perfect for accommodating young children.
As you walk into the apartment you will find the first bedroom on your right, as you continue through the apartment you will walk into the living room/dining room. In the living room, you will find a modern designer couch and cable TV. The second room is accessible through the living room, this room has its bathroom with a shower perfect if you want to relax after a long day of visiting Paris.
The kitchen is fully equipped perfect for you to enjoy your home-cooked meals.

The apartment is located on the second floor, there is an elevator on site. You will have access to the entire apartment.

The 4th arrondissement is in the center of Paris. It is very touristy, wyou will find the Notre-Dame Cathedral, all St. Louis Island plus a good part of the Marais, on the right bank. In the daytime, its stone architecture and narrow medieval streets are admired. On foot, make a detour by the island of the city, the cradle of Paris, the island of the city is the perfect place for a walk. Get away and discover the Sainte-Chapelle of Louis IX, the prisons of the Conciergerie or the cathedral of Notre Dame, the most visited monument in France! You will find many historical buildings and monuments: churches, synagogues, libraries, perfect for cultural lovers, and do not forget to visit the Pompidou Center. For shopping enthusiasts, go through Rue des Francs Bourgeois (between the III and IV arrondissement) where you will find shops of clothing and various accessories.

This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 12 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there is a security camera on the property. It's not working, it's just for security reasons. Thank you for understanding!

The location of the apartment close to the Bastille metro station and major shops / Place des Vosges is very convenient. Quiet cul de sac but central.But the big drawback are the amenities and cleanliness. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom has only a bathtub. No shower curtain attached! Mold growing in that bathtub. Very dirty rubber floor mat. Floors were also dirty. Our socks were black from stepping on them...The second bedroom only had a shower and a sink. Second toilet is in the hallway. Owners still have their personal items in the apartment. Kitchen and closets were full of their belongings. Photos displayed. No room to unpack big luggage. We had to keep our suitcases in the living room for the duration of our stay.Property manager / cleaning crew did not bother to leave any toilet paper. Instructions for how to use appliances were only in French. During the heat wave, the apartment became very stuffy. The only saving grace were two floor fans that we used nonstop when we were in the apartment.I would not stay in this apartment again despite the good location.
